These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of spiritualpractitioners.com (the “Service”), a global directory for spiritual and holistic practitioners operated by comCraft Solutions e.U., Rathausgasse 12/4/4, 2500 Baden, Austria (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or submitting a listing, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Spiritual Practitioners Directory is a platform where practitioners such as Reiki healers, astrologers, tarot readers, psychics and spiritual coaches (“Practitioners”) can publish listings about their services, and where visitors can search for and contact them. We are a directory only. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a Practitioner.
2. No Endorsement, No Advice
We do not vet, certify or endorse Practitioners listed on the Service. We make no warranty about the qualifications, quality, safety or legality of listed services. Content on the Service is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Spiritual and holistic services are not a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult a qualified professional for health concerns.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Listings
Practitioners are responsible for the content of their listings. By submitting a listing you confirm that the information is accurate, that you are authorised to offer the services described, and that your content does not infringe the rights of others. Listings are published publicly. We may edit, reject or remove any listing at our discretion, including listings that are inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, offensive or off topic for the directory.
5. Free and Paid Listings
Basic listings are free. We offer paid upgrades such as featured placement. Prices and features are shown on the Service at the time of purchase. Paid upgrades run for the period stated at purchase and do not renew automatically unless stated otherwise. Fees are non-refundable once the paid placement has been published, except where required by law. EU consumers: by requesting immediate publication of a paid upgrade you consent to performance beginning before the end of the 14 day withdrawal period and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service is fully performed.
6. Reviews and User Content
Reviews must reflect a genuine experience with the Practitioner and must not be defamatory, abusive or fake. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute content you submit to the Service. We may remove reviews or other content that violates these Terms.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You must not: submit false or misleading listings or reviews; impersonate another person; harvest data from the Service; upload malware; use the Service for unlawful purposes; infringe intellectual property rights; or interfere with the operation of the Service.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, its design and its content (except user submitted content) are owned by comCraft Solutions e.U. or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your listings and public content may be removed from the Service.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are liable only for damage caused by intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for the conduct of Practitioners or visitors, for the content of listings and reviews, or for any dealings between users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for personal injury or under mandatory law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Austrian law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Place of jurisdiction is the court competent for Baden, Austria, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
